We review the plans, advise our clients throughout the selection process, control project cost, manage contractors, and advocate with regulatory agencies on our clients’ behalf. We hire the best subcontractors and maintain on-going relationships with them to ensure they understand our standards and can deliver on them time after time. We patronize the best suppliers in the industry to ensure we receive high quality products that will perform well over time.

Derick Hainstock, Hainstock Homes, is an honest, experienced, thorough, and cost-conscious contractor. We hired Derick and his crew to tackle several aspects of our home building project. My wife and I had decided before we built, to be our own contractors, so we did not utilize Derick in this manner, however we would not hesitate to use him as our general contractor/builder in the future. Hainstock Homes sided our home, tiled several showers and tub surrounds, installed all of our cabinetry, built the front porch, and completed the finish carpentry for the main floor. We have been extremely happy with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and how willing Derick was to offer knowledgeable input for each job they were working on. Selecting Hainstock Homes was absolutely the right choice for us in building our new home! Following our initial meeting and consultation with Derick we knew we had found our builder.
